PGW Payment & Insurance Information...
Payment can be paid in person (via cash, check, money order or debit/credit card) at time of service or online using the below pay nowbutton at the bottom of this page. prior to your scheduled appointment. All payments are rendered at the time of service. If for some reason payment cannot be made at that time, PGW can make alternative arrangements with you in order to settle your bill. All fees are subject to change with advance notice.
PGW’s therapeutic services are reimbursed by most insurance companies. To facilitate your partnership with your insurance company, PGW provides patients with a receipt at the close of each session that contains requisite information to submit for reimbursement from your private insurance company. If you have any questions about reimbursement and/or coverage with your insurance company, please feel free to call us at (202) 223-9844. Our administrative staff are more than willing to help answer any questions you may have and to call your insurance company on your behalf to inquire about coverage costs and deductibles.

PGW is invested in maintaining your privacy and holds all information you share as confidential. To further protect your privacy, PGW does not offer web-based or phone therapy. Consultations (in person and via phone) that extend over 15 minutes may be subject to a pro-rated fee.
